It’s still spring in Colorado, and Denver has gotten more rain than Seattle in the past month. I’m romanticizing spring by wearing light cotton sweaters and reading books set in locations I’d like to plan summer trips to—Ireland, Tuscany, the Atlantic coast, a tiny island off Eastern Australia, even The Hague sounds worth a jaunt—and eating rhubarb-based pastries and light green pastas with (okay, frozen) peas.
